I have signed up for some promotions with little results. Getting book reviews has been difficult, but slowly through the information presented here I am making progress. I have heard that a good rule of thumb is to build a “launch team” (in your case… a relaunch? Boost team?). Recruit 100 people to be on said team. They receive a digital copy of your book for free (give them a discount code so their purchase/review will be verified” ). In exchange for the freebie they agree to give your book a review
