The Questions

  1.  If you had $5,000 to invest, which side hustle would you do? (00:00)
  2. We live in a small town. I’ve got two little kids under 2 that I take care of all day. Any ideas on what I can do, preferably from home? (02:11)
  3. For privacy reasons and workplace relationships, I’d like to set up a website, LLC and email newsletter, but I wanna do it anonymously. Do you have any experience with virtual addresses or would you recommend any alternative solutions? (06:11)
  4. How do I even get started with AI? (09:19)
  5. In your podcast episodes, you often discuss using Google (or other platforms) trending search data so that you can sell what people are searching for. However, I don’t know how to get that information. (13:49)
  6. What are the apps that could pay me for watching videos? (16:41)
  7. I run a newsletter, and I noticed that you’re a part of the Paved sponsor platform, and I was wondering how it is. How many sponsorships do you get from there per month? Do you do any other form of outreach to get sponsors? If so, what do you do to draw in or get sponsors for your newsletter? (19:33)
  8. What do you think are good and simple ways to earn money with drawing? I wouldn’t want to do portraits or caricatures in markets and such. (22:04)
  9. A friend of mine is really deep into the “make money online” scene. He puts in a ton of hours, but he completely avoids traditional jobs or careers with benefits, even though money is always tight. He does not understand opportunity cost. He’s got money problems. I’m worried about him. (27:49)
  10. Are you still married to your high school sweetheart? (30:48)
  11. Wait, did I just see you on a CNBC commercial? (31:36)
  12. Should rich people have side hustles? (34:09)
  13. What’s the most unique niche you’ve come across? (37:05)
