One of the most popular side hustles, and really one of the most popular business models in the world is to buy a product and resell it for a profit.

Today’s guest, Beau Hunter, is an expert at that and he walks us through how to earn an extra $500-1000 a month in one particular flipping niche: and that’s shoes.

Beau is a full-time band director with a couple young kids, but with the help of his flipping side hustle, he’s paid off over $100k in student debt.

This week’s guest is Shannon Houchin of RoadsideRepublic.com, and she’s passionate about peaches, fresh produce, and delivering an awesome customer experience.
